We will refund or exchange any items that you are not completely happy with.
Our standard returns policy has been extended for Christmas. Returns will be accepted up until 14th January 2017
You have 14 days (outside of the Christmas shopping period ) from the date of purchase to return or exchange your jewellery. All refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment within 3-5 working days.
Please notify us soon as possible and return the item by Recorded or Special Delivery. Postage costs will be refunded and will be credited back to your original payment method within 3-5 working days
For hygiene reasons we are unable to offer exchanges or refunds on earrings
RETURNING FAULTY ITEMS
To return an item as faulty, you must notify
us within 7 days of receipt. Faulty items will only be accepted if the goods are delivered to the customer damaged, or if there is a subsequent manufacturing fault within a period of 6 months after delivery.
Any item displaying damage deemed to be a result of wear & tear will not be accepted as faulty. Items may be repaired on request if such items are deemed faulty and repairable. Repairs do not come with a guarantee. It may be possible or us to repair items which have suffered wear and tear. There may be a charge for repairs.
